We believe in continuous development of our services and want to provide our customers the best possible treatment. To develop and be even better, we want your feedback. You can give it anonymously or with your name. We follow the feedback regularly and take it into account as we develop our services. We will also provide you with a personal answer to your queries, if you wish and have provided us with your contact information.

You can give feedback through:

1. Feedback form

General feedback on treatment, hospital administration, contents of these web pages, or on other issues can be given using a web form. If you wish to be contacted, remember to leave your contact information. You can also hand in your feedback anonymously. Both negative and positive feedback is welcomed.

2. Notice of a Dangerous Situation

If you see that a mistake or dangerous situation has occurred in your or your relative’s medical treatment, you can leave a notice either using a web form or a paper form, which you can obtain from the hospital. The postage of the paper form is prepaid. You can make the notice either anonymously or with your name. If you leave your contact information, you will be informed of the progress of the case. The notice will be recorded in the patient detriment records and will be discussed with the people liable in the matter.
