The prenatal class is meant for you who are expecting your first child. The best time to attend the class is from pregnancy week 32 onwards. In order to attend the class neither of you should have any symptoms of flu and not have been abroad two weeks before the class is held.

It gives you information about the different stages of labor and together you practice breathing- and relaxationexercises. In order to prevent the Coronavirus from spreading the class does not include a tour to the ward yet, but instead we present the delivery unit by showing pictures.

The class is held from 2 pm–4 pm. Please, register for the class through the link below. Please, notice that you will not receive any confirmation message after registering - so keep track of the date you have registered for. Gathering happen inside the main entrance of the hospital.

If you have registered but become ill or are otherwise unable to attend, we would appreciate it if you notify us before the class is held by sending an e-mail to If you have any other questions regarding the prenatal classes you can contact us through the above mentioned email address.
